This page shows how an admin can manage users in an Exponent CMS site

Steps:
1. Log in your site as administrator
2. Hover your mouse over "Exponent" -> "User Management". Click "User Accounts"

Options:
1. Add user as administrator
2. Remove administrative privileges from a user

Comments:
- once a user is added as administrator, they have the rights to edit the entire site - add/delete/upload files, pages, content, etc
