This page shows how an administrator can manage all pages from an Exponent CMS site

Steps:
1. Log in your site as administrator
2. Hover/Click over "Pages". Click "Manage all pages"

Options:
1. Create a Top Level page
2. Create a Standalone page
3. Add subpages to any page
4. Change the order of the pages under the "Hierarchy" tab

Comments:
- in the current version of Exponent, deleting a Top Level page removes it from the navigation bar and makes the page Standalone; in order to remove it permanently, you have to go to the "Standalone" tab and delete the page one more time
