Useful HTML Editing Program For XP

I've been looking for a good html editor program. I'd prefer it to be WYSIWYG, and what would be really nice would be the html on one side(or the top) and a real time rendering of the page on the other. Freeware obviously preferable ...

The certifications can be achieved by any means, but the true value lies only when you explore and implement it in practical way. Its not that you need not acquire online certifications, its upto their satisfaction.
